Welcome to Fly Mode! By downloading, accessing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

📌 Quick Summary:
• Auto-renewing subscription (weekly & monthly plans)
• 7-day free trial available
• Cancel anytime via Google Play
• No refunds for partial periods

1. Subscription Plans

Fly Mode offers the following subscription options:

  • Weekly Premium: 7-day free trial, then auto-renews weekly at the price shown in the app (your local currency).
  • Monthly Premium: Auto-renews monthly at the price shown in the app (your local currency).

2. Free Trial

  • New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial on the Weekly plan.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
  • If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription after the trial period ends.

3. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • To cancel: Go to Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions → Fly Mode → Cancel.
  • You will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period after cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
  • If you cancel during a free trial, you will not be charged.
  • For refund requests, contact Google Play Support directly.

5. Price Changes

  • We may change subscription prices from time to time.
  • You will be notified before any price change takes effect.
  • Continued use after price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

6. Account & Device

  • Your subscription is linked to your Google Play account.
  • You can use Fly Mode Premium on any device signed in with the same Google account.

7. Termination

  • We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for violation of these terms.
  • You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling your subscription.

8. Disclaimer

  • Fly Mode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
